This involved establishing formal reporting systems, implementing robust financial controls, and introducing effective management structures and operational processes. Ensured appropriate funding was secured to support stability and growth. The business achieved a turnover of $100 million, with a workforce ranging from 125 to 1,000 employees seasonally.

Transformed a telematics business into a streamlined commercial enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing, and supply of high-quality Telematics, IoT, and M2M solutions. Introduced strong management practices and sound financial disciplines, resulting in a turnaround from a loss-making operation to a highly profitable business. Achieved nearly 60% year-on-year sales growth, with turnover increasing from under $1 million to over $10 million. Expanded the team from 7 to 25 employees to support the scale of operations.

Led the transformation of a Know Your Client (KYC) registration business through a period of exponential growth, increasing turnover fivefold and boosting profitability by a factor of seven. Played a key role in evolving the company from an entrepreneurial setup into a professionally managed and structured organization, with the systems and processes necessary to support sustainable scale and performance.
